Here’s the best definition of The Law of Attraction that I have ever read and it comes from the book called Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

“Every thought vibrates, every thought radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back. We call that mechanism the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn. And so, you might see the powerful Law of Attraction as a sort of Universal Manager that sees to it that all thoughts that match one another line up.”

I just finished reading Ask and It Is Given and trust me, this book is pretty much The Bible of The Law of Attraction =)

In the book, the author Esther and Jerry compare The Law of Attraction to tuning a radio. You want to listen to something on 105.6FM? You don’t imagine to hear it if your radio’s set to 98.3… do you? Of course not. The radio waves of one frequency can only be received by a matching tuner, right?

Same thing in the “real” world.

If you want to receive love and abundance in your life, you need to set your tuner to the same vibrational frequency as love and abundance, no?

To put it little more bluntly: If you’re a jerk, do you expect to receive an overwhelming abundance of love in your life? It’s IMPOSSIBLE. You’re putting out all kinds of “jerk” energy and that’s pretty much what you’ll get back. Ponder upon it!

I can see it in my own life and I’m sure you can, too. Let’s take the most wordly example: I’m calling customer service for something. Now, I can be an impatient, angry jerk and guess what?
If the conversation is long enough, typically even the nicest customer service agent will respond in kind.

On the other hand, I can think about how grateful I am that I live in a world that even allows me to have the “problem” for which I’m seeking support and call with an energy of gratitude and eagerness to light this person’s day up. What happens? I have a great little exchange with the agent and we both get off the phone with a smile.

Why is that?

Esther and Jerry would tell you it’s The Law of Attraction. You’re going to get back what you put out. “That which is like unto itself is drawn.”
I would definitely agree. So pick your radio station consciously (love songs, perhaps , and make sure you’ve got yourself tuned in to hear the wonderful music.

Breathe!

That’s right. Breathing can be an excellent way to allow the energy moving in a higher vibrational way. Move your arms in circles, and alternate by moving your legs in a cross-wise fashion. That really moves your energy up the scale.

Doing something as fundamental as intentionally taking a breath has a lot of health benefits. Much of the time we do not realize how vegging at a computer every day has us falling into shallow breathing patterns.

Breathing deeply has been clinically proven to lower stress levels. Breathing deeply also allows increased circulation to the brain and lungs. Stressed breathing patterns includes shallow breathing. When you focus your breath into a part of the body that is out of alignment or in pain, you will bring soothing and release. Take breathes that are long and paced slowly. Take a breath through your nose, nice and slow. Now, exhale just as slowly. As you do this relax your stomach muscles. Relax and continue for several minutes.

Slow, intentional, deep breathing is also a great tool to help you focus in the moment. It also assists you in grounding excess anxious energy. While you are breathing, you can do a body scan looking for any tense spots in the body. Your breathing will lead you there. When you see a tension spot, breathe into it, project release and let the tension subside.

Be good to yourself and take a deep breathing break. In fact, take several throughout your day.

There’s a well-known and very abundant overlooked ‘secret’ that Master Manifestors use continuously. It’s a very basic, simple element that sets in motion all that exists within the human world. There is little therefore common in the planet as latent potential. However add the magic ingredient, and your desires will become manifest before your eyes. Pour a viscous, electric blue liquid into your keepsake box, and it can empty itself into your real world.

This secret, magic ingredient is often referred to as ‘action’. Git’r done, get it on, go, just do it, begin, ACTION. This is often a billion dollar concept that gifted speakers devote entire seminars to.

All needs should begin their journey into manifestation somewhere. All things exist already, however you want to settle for them, or go get them. You need to actively permit results to happen. Take action, and acquire what it is you want.

Take into account a sated, comfortable diner sitting once dinner at a lavish restaurant buffet. All he wished to eat waits in shiny serving dishes. I don’t understand why, but it appears we trip over the “permitting” half of the Deliberate Attraction formula more typically than the opposite 2 parts. The Deliberate Attraction formula offers us a straightforward description of how to leverage the Law of Attraction therefore we have a tendency to will attract a lot of of what we DO want and enjoy. The 3 steps are simply:

1) Become very clear concerning what you DO want.

Recently, I had a pleasant expertise of what it feels wish to “allow.” I have been noticing that my office wastebasket is inadequately spilling over too often. Yes, that would be adequate for a week’s price of trash from my office and it might look professional alongside my different black workplace accessories.

Next I collected knowledge on doable wastebaskets. For about every week, every time I entered a building that might have my ideal wastebasket, I sought for it. I found step-on aluminum cans–no, I do not want to step on anything. I found black plastic trash bins with swivel lids–no, I don’t wish a swivel lid–I need an open receptacle so I can toss paper into it. I found black trash cans on wheels–too industrial looking. I found ceramic pots that were nearly right–too heavy to empty out. I was noticing the price range went from $18.ninety nine to $49.99.

Finally, I let it go. I told myself, “The right one can show up.”  And it did.

I used to be at the Hudson Bay Store, here in Victoria, BC, making a purchase after I set to money-in some of my “Reward Points” for a gift certificate. I had NEVER thought about cashing-in Reward Points before–it had never occurred to me to try to to so. I took the elevator to the fifth floor and while a pleasant young girl at the Reward Counter prepared my gift certificate, my eye scanned across the isle. There I noticed A BLACK WASTEBASKET–just the dimensions and shape I had pictured in my imagination. With gift card in hand, I swiftly crossed the isle and lifted the basket. “Ah, it’s made of felt-board–terribly lightweight. Matte black end with nail-head trim. About 14 inches high and twelve inches in diameter–tapered at the bottom. Terribly professional looking.”  I turned the basket upside-down to browse the price: “$16.99.” Terribly smart!  With my gift certificate in hand I proceeded to the checkout stand. When the clerk scanned the value, she gasped and asked me, “How much do you think that this prices?”

“Well, the sticker says ‘$16.99′.”

She was shaking her head in disbelief as she replied, “It’s on sale for $5.00.”

“5 dollars?” I asked, in complete surprise.

“Five greenbacks,” she repeated.

“I am going to pay money and save my gift certificate!”

Can you imagine the joy I felt at that moment?  Not only was the value right, but the style in that my actual need had come to me was completely delicious!

“Permitting” is merely the old adage:  “Yield, and let God.” It’s “Detachment from the outcome.” Additional like “Detachment from forcing something to happen.”

Permitting is truly letting the Law of Attraction bring your want into your sphere in its own time, place and manner. Permitting does not mean getting second best–it means allowing the Law of Attraction to bring your actual need–within the BEST manner possible.

Is there one thing you are not permitting through attempting to create it happen or by wanting it a bound approach or at a bound time?  Let it go. Believe {that the} Law of Attraction WILL bring it to you in the right time and the proper way. Believe it as a result of that IS the law.

A lot of you have asked me how this mind movie has changed my life.So I thought that I might add a couple of notes on how this has.

Im not going to tell you than within days of making my mind movie that I manifested everything magically and all my dreams have come true.

I will tell you what my journey has been so far.

The first thing that this mind movie did for me was to give me a chance to sit down and really think about what I wanted out of life. To sit down and actually write down my goals, dreams and aspirations.

This is something that I had always thought about getting around to .. but never actually had.

So here are a couple of things that I manifested so far.

When I first saw the mind movie package, I really wanted it badly .. but I didn’t have a credit card at the time to get it and blah blah.

Neways so I kept raving on about how cool it was and then for my birthday which was like 2 weeks after I came across mind movies I found that my brother had bought it for me as a present.

I was soooo excited!!! I spent the next 4 days creating my mind movie. I was seriously obsessed with getting it done and completed and wanted to make it perfect.

Neways after those 4 days and 255 slides later my mind movie was completed. In that four days I think I probably would have watched my mind movie at least 300 times while I was editing it.

Even just after that time, I already had more belief that I could achieve a lot of the goals that I had put in there.

Now a lot of people have asked me if I had attracted the right partner into my life. Well the answer is no not yet, but I have no doubt in my mind that he will be amazing. This movie helped me clarify what I really want in a relationship and helped me believe that I could get it. It allows me to relax being single and not so desperately look for someone .. because I know that when the time is right, ill attract someone amazing into my life.

Apart from that many other things have happened. I said in one of the slides that I wanted to build a solid international business. I had no idea what that would be. Two weeks after making the mind movie I have come across internet marketing and am currently building a business around that.
When I thought about it later I realized that the internet really is an international marketplace .. and I was like.. man this stuff is KOOL!!

That business has opened my eyes to so many things. Recently I just finished a seminar where I was able to speak in front of 200 people and inspire them to move forward in their businesses. Not only that I was elected as leader of the whole crew and I was able to lead and inspire a whole group of wonderful people.

I found myself working in a team that were my deepest inspiration, greatest support and dearest friends. Just like I said in the mind movie.

Not only that, but I seem to be attracting like minded people on a massive scale and really do find myself with people who want to add value, to help me and to mentor me.

In terms of money. When I made this video I was earning pretty much nothing. lol. Now I have multiple streams of income, some from a new job, some from investments I have gotten into and some from my internet business. I have no doubt that this will be expanding rapidly in the very near future.

Lately I have heard that Oprah is taking in candidates who have made mind movies and who have manifested the most in their life from it. I don’t know but that whole idea sounds pretty awesome and im going to apply for the competition. I also found out that a new friend of mine knows Ryan the mind movie creator very well so maybe I will even get to chat to him.

I could go on and on about the things that I have manifested in my life. Now that’s not to say at times I that I didn’t doubt that this stuffed worked. In fact there was a period where I wasn’t watching my mind movie at all. I do my best these days to watch it as often as I can.

Its so awesome though because even just when I hear the song “its a wonderful life” on the radio or whatever, I get flashed of my mind movie in my head. Its anchored in so much.

If any of you guys want some advice .. it would be this.

1)Write down your goals and know what they are

2)TAKE ACTION on inspired thought

3)Be Fearless when you get scared and know that there is nothing to fear but fear itself

4)Believe that no matter now big or small your dreams are, they are YOURS and you should go after them
