Feeling needy, maybe even desperat or even thinking they are a failure all can be caused by not earning enough money .  People do not reach their full potential being broke, thinking negative thoughts so they are not living their lives freely.  Being broke prevents us from being wealthy. Thoughts of being broke will not attract wealth only more negativity.

Since like attrafcts like, feeling broke can just attract other negativity .   It is your underlying state of BEING, in this case, being broke, that creates the resultant thoughts and feelings in your mind.

One of the laws of manifestation is that we must BE before we can DO, and DO before we can HAVE.

Your life experience is an outer reflection of your inner reality.  Your past created your present, and your present is creating your future.

It can be hard to understand that we are responsible for what we experience.  I remember being unhappy, and then experiencing events that I perceived as causing me to be unhappy.  Then I would say to myself, I am unhappy because of this… no wonder I am unhappy.  I was trapped in my own vicious cycle and had no idea it was me who was responsible for my experiences of unhappiness.

To break the cycle I first needed to know what was broken in order to fix it.  It was the subconscious mind message I was sending out.  I found there was a very simple way to fix it.

If I notice one day that I am unhappy, and understand that BEING unhappy is the cause of my continuing experience of unhappiness, it is that day that I can choose to change.  All I need to do to break the cycle is:  choose to be happy.  It doesn’t take anything from outside myself to be happy.  All I have to do is gain awareness, pause, and pull up from within myself the state of being happy, replacing the unhappiness.

You can choose to BE happy, healthy, attract wealth, whatever you desire. Take a moment and just BE happy.  If you are being happy, you will do things that make you happy, and you will attract happy experiences into your life.  Being happy is the first step towards living a happy life. It seems almost like a riddle, but understanding it unravels the secrets of life.

By being conscious of your states of being, you can choose to change them

Attracting wealth is foremost on many minds these days. In fact, it always has been. Mankind seeks to better his life through wealth. This can be done. However, universal laws must be employed. You will not find it simple. You will not succeed tomorrow. But you can succeed.

Visualization

Visualization is a powerful tool that you may use. When you actually see what you desire, you set things into motion. One thing is concentration. It takes a great deal of practice and concentration to vividly imagine things. Anyone can think about money or attracting it. That is not good enough. If that were the case, everyone would be wealthy and no one would be in need.

So how do you visualize something that strongly? The answer may lie in repetition. Morning and night, continually visualize that which you desire. This is where most people fail. They give up after a few tries. They do not realize that it takes a great deal of continued effort.

Universal law

Everything comes with a price tag. You never get something for nothing. Wishing will not manifest your dreams. It takes an opposing effort. All things in nature have an equal and opposite effort attached to them. That opposing effort is what brings them into reality. In other words, you want a great deal of money. Put forth a great deal of effort.

Exactly how much effort is need for wealth? How much desire do you have? Effort and desire should be equal. Repeat your efforts as often as you can. Leave yourself constant reminders. Images on your computer desktop, is a good start.

Focus your energy

When you attract money, be definite as to the reason. Don’t just think of money. Think of what the money will buy. Those are the images that you should visualize. Remind yourself why you need those things. Also tell yourself why you deserve those things. Do not leave anything to chance. The money is not going to fall from the sky. Determine what you need to do to bring about the money. Concentrate on your desires, and what you can do to manifest them into reality.

Persist

You can never give up. Under no circumstances can you quit. If you resolve to persist, you will enter that small percentage of people. These are the ones that succeed, when everyone else fails.

In closing

Everyone is interested in attracting wealth. However, it is not going to fall from the sky. It does not grow on trees or plants. You need to make use of universal laws. These laws cannot be broken. Would you like one million dollars? You will need to put forth a million dollar effort. See it, feel it, and live it. Never give up and you will separate yourself from the average. Remember, this will not happen overnight. But it will happen.

Here’s the best definition of The Law of Attraction that I have ever read and it comes from the book called Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

“Every thought vibrates, every thought radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back. We call that mechanism the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn. And so, you might see the powerful Law of Attraction as a sort of Universal Manager that sees to it that all thoughts that match one another line up.”

I just finished reading Ask and It Is Given and trust me, this book is pretty much The Bible of The Law of Attraction =)

In the book, the author Esther and Jerry compare The Law of Attraction to tuning a radio. You want to listen to something on 105.6FM? You don’t imagine to hear it if your radio’s set to 98.3… do you? Of course not. The radio waves of one frequency can only be received by a matching tuner, right?

Same thing in the “real” world.

If you want to receive love and abundance in your life, you need to set your tuner to the same vibrational frequency as love and abundance, no?

To put it little more bluntly: If you’re a jerk, do you expect to receive an overwhelming abundance of love in your life? It’s IMPOSSIBLE. You’re putting out all kinds of “jerk” energy and that’s pretty much what you’ll get back. Ponder upon it!

I can see it in my own life and I’m sure you can, too. Let’s take the most wordly example: I’m calling customer service for something. Now, I can be an impatient, angry jerk and guess what?
If the conversation is long enough, typically even the nicest customer service agent will respond in kind.

On the other hand, I can think about how grateful I am that I live in a world that even allows me to have the “problem” for which I’m seeking support and call with an energy of gratitude and eagerness to light this person’s day up. What happens? I have a great little exchange with the agent and we both get off the phone with a smile.

Why is that?

Esther and Jerry would tell you it’s The Law of Attraction. You’re going to get back what you put out. “That which is like unto itself is drawn.”
I would definitely agree. So pick your radio station consciously (love songs, perhaps , and make sure you’ve got yourself tuned in to hear the wonderful music.

I laid the ground work for this post the other day here. But as you should know by now… I don’t stop at knowledge.

You have to play with these ideas. Experiment with them… dissect them… put them back together… and make them your own. You feel me?

So with that in mind… let’s get to business.

We have to turn you into a journalist. Now… don’t think I’m going to send you back to school, lol. Becoming a ‘journalist’ in this sense is completely different than the traditional idea. To become a journalist you simply need to…

Go buy a journal… gotcha didn’t I? I know… you don’t have to admit it.

You can view some suggestions at the link shown… but… keep in mind that this is YOUR journal. Take your time. Don’t just jump on the cheapest one or the first one you see. Pick one that appeals to you. It has to resonate with you every time you see it and not something that is just… regular. You will be sharing your inner most thoughts in this journal.

I’m not talking some ‘kiddy’ stuff here either. I mean your most powerful thoughts and intentions… ya dig?

Also… take note that this is NOT for every thought that comes to mind. You can get composition book for that. They come in all different sizes… lol.

Seriously though, this journal is where you record your Clear Mental Images (for my SGR peeps). Refine all those thoughts you jot down in the composition books, or whatever you use to jot your thoughts on, THEN put them in your journal. You will find that as you do this… your creations will become THAT much more clear.

Now… when you secure your journal you are only half way there. Actually, you are just beginning. You must now claim your journal. Most of them these days come with a place for you to place your name. Do that.

Then, on the very first page of the journal, you want to write a statement to yourself. Go as BIG as you can on this one. Include everything you want. Everything? EVERYTHING! lol

You’re almost there… no way to punk out now… you ready? Three steps and you’re on your own…

1. Right under your BIG PICTURE… write these words, “I accept this or something better.”
2. On the very next page (use the back of the 1st if you haven’t already), write, “This is my life and I am taking charge of it! These pages will hold my visions, my dreams, my Clear Mental Images. These blueprints will help me positively affect change in my life. These thoughts will spread to my family, my community, my nation and the world! I have no fear, nor do I doubt. I have the right to be rich. I have the right to be wealthy. I have the right to be in the best of health and wellbeing. As sure as I think this, it will come to pass.”
3. Sign your name.

That’s it… you graduated… you are officially a journalist. Your journal is now primed for optimal success. Now it is up to you to exercise your degree… that’s my sneaky way of saying make sure you write in your journal regularly.

Remember though… dissect… reconstruct… make it your own!

I know what you’re thinking… ANOTHER LAW??? sheesh! lol

To be honest I don’t know what determines a “law” in this sense. I do know that the “law” of pen and paper… more importantly the principle at the center of it… has been in use for time immemorial. It isn’t as expansive as the law of attraction… but to me the LOA just isn’t potent without the law of pen and paper.

First, let me just state that I got the whole “law of pen and paper” idea from Dr. Robert Anthony. Well, I didn’t actually get it from him but he made me AWARE of its power and practicality so I give him the credit.

Second… this principle, law, practice… whatever you want to call it… WORKS!

Just do me a favor… take a look around you. Look at your desk, your chair, the car you drive, the buildings you see, the roads you travel on, the clothes you wear, the pen you write with, the keyboard you type on, the smart phone you use, your laptop… everything around you… all have ONE thing in common.

They all come from the thoughts of people… and… the law of pen and paper! Everything from the clothes you wear to the cars you drive to the buildings you work in were all written down on some type of paper before coming into fruition. Remember that old cliche… “Back to the drawing board.”

No need to look for magic potions… even they need to be written down, lol. It is that simple. To begin the scientific process of creation you must write down your thoughts. This is what brings them out of your head and into the world.

It is also good to keep a journal. I will get into that in another post…

For now just let the profundity of this simple law sink into your mind just a bit more. As you meditate on it… really look around you and see all the wonderful things that have come about as the result of using the law of pen and paper. As simple as this law is, if you take it away, the world you know would not be the same.

Get into the practice of using this law on a daily basis. It will help you immensely in your growth and perfection.

Never underestimate the power of YOUR OWN pen!

Most of us have been taught to follow the crowd.  We subscribe to ”tribal” thinking, which is the thinking of the masses.  It is not easy to break from this type of thinking, or non-thinking.  A lot of people find this a huge stumbling block because they believe what social, political, religious and other authority figures have told them is “true”.

There is a lot of fear tied up in leaving the tribe. However, you will never experience true freedom or riches unless you learn to think for yourself.  But to do this, you must be capable of critical thought – which is something the members of the tribe cannot do.

Put another way – most people don’t know how to think.  They have been told WHAT to think for so long, they no longer know HOW to think.  What’s the lesson for you?

I’m convinced that true freedom and riches requires you to think contrary to what the tribe is thinking.  And it ALWAYS requires you to question the beliefs you hold.  On everything.  This is not easy because we are addicted to certainty.

We would rather be certain about our beliefs than face the fact that what we believe may not be “true”.  But the more you question what the tribe believes the more you will realize that they are hypnotized. You don’t have to wait for them to wake up from the trance.  You can do it right now!

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation that you are making progress – IF YOU LOOK FOR IT!  No matter how large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.
