Yes! Meridian Tapping… EFT… etc… it’s all great for those times.

Although I must admit that THE BEST thing for me has been to move away from “positive” and “negative” all together…

I really appreciate this article! I do get tired of hearing how you have to be positive ALL the time, and when something "negative" happens to you there are people quick to judge you (ie. you obviously haven't been positive enough or you allowed fear into your life etc).

Having experienced one of the most devastating losses of my life, I have gained wisdom and depth that would be difficult to acquire in other ways. My compassion has expanded, and I'm much more grateful for life.

That's why I like Meridian Tapping Techniques so much. The ultimate aim is just to except yourself no matter what! Positive/Negative/Whatever - you just accept where you are at. Not everyone uses the tools like that. Some use it to get rid of "negative" stuff. But the best use enables one to enjoy the journey no matter what happens.

Hi Ryan...

Thanks for the comment and I know exactly what you mean in terms of what is perceived as negative and/or positive.

Hi,

Very interesting take. I feel that nothing is inherently positive or negative; it's all in the eye of the beholder. One person's positive is another person's negative, and vice-versa.

I recently changed careers and was so excited at the prospects!

The catalyst for my career change would have been a negative for most people: I was let go from my job. But I didn't have to expend any effort to see the positive since I was already a positive-thinking/feeling person. I saw a new career while others saw a lost job.

Ultimately it's whatever works from you. Whatever makes you happiest and most-balanced, go for it.

Thanks for sharing your insight :)
