hi, i am a 28 years old woman. I have since I was 13 years dealt with extremely strong period pains in my stomach and back, which has made me become really sick and sometimes made me throw up. Two days a month I have to take really stong pain killers to avoid these pains . I was wondering if you had any eft tecnics which would help me so I didnt have to take these pain killers and didnt have to worry about this every month.

3 1/2 years ago I injured my dominant arm & developed a terrible nerve dissorder called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome or Regional Pain Syndrome RSD. I have spent the past three years travelling thru the offices of the most amazing doctors & taking extremely strong meds to no relief. So now I’m venturing into trying to help myself from the inside out. EFT is being included in my plan at this point & I want to get the most from it. Any extra, specific ideas would be great. CRPS is horrible..help!
