Thoughts are works of ego. If you always think, it doesnt matter wut u think whether it’s positive or negative. You will suffer. All you need to know is to be aware of your mind, be mindful. If mind turns to be negative, dont keep on thinking about it. But the key is knowing, knowing that your mind can make things bad. The real happy mind is a mind that has no mind. Just be aware of your thnking and everyone can has a pure mind that is open to the world of infinity possibilities.
